Our Refund Policy

Per State and Federal statute, Client may cancel their contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 5th calendar day after the effective date of this Agreement.

Upon the completion of this five (5) calendar day period, MyCleanScore.com shall complete all tasks pursuant to the Client Service Agreement, and in doing so, MyCleanScore.com will have fulfilled all obligations to Client, and Client payment will then be processed.

In summary: MyCleanScore.com, a) completes work only after the five (5) calendar day right to cancel period has elapsed and b) only collects payment from Clients after all services have been provided.

100% Assurance of Service - In the event that any item of Credit Data is found to be eligible for corrective measure per the results of Credit Bureaus' audit, and it is not corrected fully in accordance with wishes of Client within thirty (30) business days from the effective date of Client's Service Agreement, then MyCleanScore.com shall refund to Client 100% of fees collected for services rendered relating to the specific item of Data.

Client refunds are limited to the amount they have paid to MyCleanScore.com, less any reductions in financial obligation as reported by a creditor, collector, or court as to alleged obligation(s) listed in Exhibit A of Client Service Agreement, when such reduction occurs after the date this Agreement became effective.
